About this site

Owls vs Larks is a small, independent reading project about chronotypes — the biological tendency to run a bit earlier or a bit later than the standard day — and how that shows up in sleep, daily routines, and procrastination.

The site doesn't sell anything, track visitors, or ask for an email address. There's no login, no comments, and no author byline: the point is the information itself, not a personality behind it.

A note on the articles: they describe general patterns from sleep and chronobiology research, in plain language rather than formal citations. Where the underlying research is genuinely mixed or hard to verify independently, the text says so in general terms rather than pointing to a specific study.

None of this is medical advice. For a diagnosed sleep problem, a doctor or sleep specialist is the right resource, not a website.
